IC-101 Pearl, Flake and Powder Binder

UreKem IC-100IC-101 is a basecoat resin, and additive package designed to deliver our dry products to the surface.  Optimized with urethane reactant polymers, and special resins to help suspension and orientation of pearls and flakes.  The special resins cause a slight cloudy appearance when wet but dries to a clear film holding your effect particles in place. Refer to item tech sheets for suggestions on the amount of pearl and flake to add.
